Your £500 package includes:

An initial meeting:** Discuss your digital services, accessibility concerns and organisational priorities.
Two digital accessibility reviews:** Review your agreed digital environment at two points within the package validity period.
Identification of accessibility barriers:** Understand where website design, navigation, content or functionality could create difficulties for disabled people.

## What do we review?

Depending on the agreed scope, your reviews may cover:

Every digital environment is different. We agree the scope in advance and focus on practical barriers rather than simply checking whether accessibility features are present.

## How does the package work?

Your package includes two digital accessibility reviews, which must both be completed within **12 months of your first review**.

The second review can be used to revisit barriers identified during the first review, assess changes your organisation has made or examine further accessibility concerns within the agreed scope.

Review dates will be arranged by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
