Physical products (Printify items)
Most physical products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify.
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@abillityu.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and work with our fulfilment provider to find a suitable solution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Reshipment
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as return instructions depend on the supplier.
Digital products (courses, downloads, resources)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Online courses
- Downloadable materials
- Digital resources or memberships
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Services (training, workshops, accessibility reviews)
We provide professional services including training sessions, workshops, and accessibility reviews.
All services are delivered based on an agreed scope discussed before delivery.
Refunds for services are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of delivery.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services, as these depend on implementation, context, and external factors.
